Payment:
A non-refundable $20.00 deposit is required upon receipt of your invoice. Only once the deposit is received will your order be scheduled.
The final balance must be received no later than 7 days before the collection date.
Payment is only accepted by bank transfer. No cash.
If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled.
Change of date:
If you need to change your collection date, this can be requested no later than 7 days before the collection date and ONLY if the new date is available. If a date change is requested after the 7 day minimum a $40 fee will apply.
Cancelling your order:
In the event you need to cancel your order, cancellation will be accepted no later than 7 days before the collection date. All payments made outside of the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 7 days from the collection date, no refund will be issued.
Allergies:
Semi-Sweet Cakes will always take the upmost care to cater to allergies of all kinds. Our kitchen is sanitised and cleaned daily but allergens such as nuts and gluten are all contained in the same kitchen and there is no guarantee that trace amounts will not be found in our products. If you have severe allergies and choose to continue with your order, Semi-Sweet Cakes will not be be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other allergy reactions relating to the product(s) sold.
Damages to product(s):
If you choose to collect your order, once it has left the premises, liability for any damages to the order falls to the customer. No refunds will be issued.
Semi-Sweet Cakes, will try to fix the order granted there are not other customers or orders to be completed. Damages will be fixed at an extra cost dependent on the level of damage and time required to fix said damages.
Refunds of amount outside the deposit will only be given if damage is caused by Semi-Sweet Cakes.
